Yes it's invisible and has been a long time. I don't remember exactly when the little shadow thingy for peek disappeared. You can still click in botton ight corner for peek. I didn't use it anyway. Instead I make a shortcut for "show desktop" and pin it to my taskbar. It gives my mouse a bigger target.

Are we talking the same Power Toys Peek activated by Ctrl Space in file explorer when you have a document selected???
