black login screen

hello,

in win 11 in laptop dell latitude 5430 after put power button on i see only black login screen, i hear a sound of windows start, i saw bios screen but i cant see login screen. Only black screen i have the same issue on latitude 5520, i think this is a fault of a win11 actualization. Do you know maybe how to fix it? After 10 restarts it works but its hard to do 10x hard reset

i updated grafic card driver and bios it doesent help
