Solved Black screen while startup after installing a theme

I'm on Windows 11 22h2. I've made a system restore point before installing Ultauxthemepatcher. I also installed some theme before and none of them have problems, but today when I tried to install a theme, the screen just turned black, leaving a blinking default cursor on the screen. After a forced reboot, the power button & hard drive lights works but the monitor doesn't turn on. The startup sound doesn't play either.
Since the monitor doesn't turn on, I can't even enter safe mode to remove the .theme file. I need to get at least the cmd to do smthing.
I don't think anybody will reply me but is there a way to solve this.

You don’t have a system image backup of your entire system? They are very important, especially if things like these happen. System Restore Points are fine, but certainly not the same as a System Image. System Images can get us out of all sorts of problems.

Nope, I didn't made a system image backup... And... this means that I'm basically hopeless for this situation right?

Yeah I know that this thing may break my pc but I've install some themes before without any issues so I'm probably over confidence this time, which is my fault. I've disabled fast startup since I got this PC. I'll try that tutorial when I'm free. I'll make an update whether if it works or not. :)

Btw I've read at the tutorial before, I decided to ask here bcs I'm concerned that this tutorial won't work for me since this is for the people with a black/ grey boot screen but my monitor won't even turn on.
