Saw this a few days ago. It just makes you shake your head at what some companies will do to try and drum up business and what other companies will do for a pay out.

Saw this a few days ago. It just makes you shake your head at what some companies will do to try and drum up business and what other companies will do for a pay out.
The problem isn't really at those company's.. the problem is Microsoft that lets third party software install silently in the background without any kind of user interaction.
AV and other programs have always in the past tried to install extra software when you install there software.
But now its Microsoft doing it... So LG isn't really to blame more then its ugly done.. MS is the real bad guy for even letting it install without user interaction.

i will cut and paste this from another post i did yesterday, as it fitts better in this thread then the other thread.

But LG smart TV's was even worse.. but the jury is still out if even LG monitors is sending back user-data

Windows 11 really turned me off to Microsoft. Too many forced choices.
