Solved Bluetooth and wifi stopped working

Can’t remove and re-add my Logitech Bluetooth mouse. WiFi also stopped working. Now sure how to get to system tray to enable with keyboard. Went to device manager and notice “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”. Removed device and rescanned for changes and it just shows up again. Tried reinstalling drivers from Asus thumb drive and nothing happens. How can I troubleshoot this without a mouse?

Wireless for Networking and Bluetooth generally are together on the adapter, if one fails possible for the other to fail. Shut down the computer and pull out the power cord then try again, sometimes helps to normalize the power situation.

Plug in a USB Wired mouse or USB Wireless mouse. A spare is being kept?

No spare mouse but pulling the power cord and then trying again worked! Thanks!

KB5033375 broke wi-fi for some people. Try uninstalling it. If it fixes your problem, pause the update to keep it from reapplying. MS is on it from what I undersstand.
