Received the blue box “Boot Device Not Found…” It has happened previously. Typically, a forced shutdown and reboot fixes the problem. Yesterday the blue box error message appeared again. The F2 diagnostics seemed to be fine. Upon a forced shutdown and reboot, no luck with rebooting. The screen remained blank. Various attempts were made to access the bios (e.g., reboot – tap F2, F8, F9, F10, Esc, etc. and press and hold Win Key+Cntl+B upon start up, forced shutdown several times, hold button for various amounts of time, and various other combinations, but to no avail. Any thoughts or advice?
