The logs displayed a new Windows 11 installation with BSOD.

The reports displayed misbehaving Nvidia GPU drivers.

However at the time the V2 log collector ran there was no installed Nvidia GPU driver.

Only the Intel GPU driver was installed.

The debugging displayed both misbehaving Nvidia and Intel GPU drivers.

For this laptop, the HP website displayed only tested drivers for Windows 10 versions 1709, 1809, and 1903.

Uninstall the GPU drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller:

Try installing the older Windows 10 GPU drivers (Intel and Nvidia) displayed on the HP website.

Turn off Windows fast startup:

It would help if you would fill out the system specs section of your forum profile.

Without knowing where that GPU is located, it's pretty hard to formulate any kind of Fix.

Is it On-Board, or On-Card?

If it's On-Board, there is probably not a lot you can do with it,
however, if it's on a Plug-In Card, there are options, including replacing that card.

As Johnny Five once said, "more input!"
