Solved BSOD - on a daily basis (NETIO.SYS)

Hello,

I would like to ask you for help with regular BSODs (I have no idea what might cause it), which began to appear a few days after the update at 24H2. I also have BSOD three times a day - I couldn't observe it in a specific activity, it seems to me that it is more or less random. I will be grateful for any help. Thank you very much.

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

During the troubleshooting please temporarily use English as the default language so that files can be scanned and read.

Thank you very much for reply. i have set english language but I guess logging off and on again wasn't enought, sorry about that.

Here is the new zip: OneDrive and Tuneup log.

As AV I use Avira Prime, no firewall software installed. Thank you again.

Please perform the following steps:




1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link







2) Uninstall Avira using the applicable uninstall tool:

a) Uninstallation of Avira for Windows

b) How do I perform a manual reinstallation of my Avira product?

Clean your system

Delete residual Avira files




3) Make sure that Microsoft defender is on > update Windows and Microsoft defender




4) Uninstall: Adguard using the applicable uninstall tool:

a) Installation | AdGuard Knowledge Base

b) https://cdn.adtidy.org/distr/windows/Uninstall_Utility.zip

Thank you @zbook . I uninstalled Avira & AdGuard as advised. New Tuneup plus log is uploaded at OneDrive.

Should I not be using Avira Prime & AdGuard anymore? Or no Avira and some older version of Adguard?

If there are no BSOD for 24 hours then you can use a third party antivirus software or continue using Microsoft defender.

Most members seem to use defender.

Adguard can be reinstalled.

If you choose to reinstall both make sure that you monitor for another 24 hours to check stability / instability before reinstalling the second software.
