Dear Internet:

Every time I reboot, my Bluetooth speaker re-defaults to full volume.

Every single solution I've found on the Google has to do with the registry setting that separates right/left volume... That's not what I'm trying to do.

I would like my PC to at least remember wherever I left my speaker. In my office, I usually don't have it above 20 percent - so when it comes on at 100, it's always a PITA.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

It's a BT problem. My BT heaphones does the same thing. As far as I know it's something we have to live with until MS fixes the problem.

As annoying as it is with an office speaker, that would be terrible to forget your headphones are about to blast your drums out...

I don't even want to think about the number of times I forgot and blasted my ears.
