A few things I’d suggest

  • Updating DirextX
  • Using the link in both of those messages and contacting support
  • You can’t be the only one, check the Activision forums or Call of Duty Community Forums if there are any.

  • Are you playing via Steam?

There have been a few reports of issues with DirectX on the hub and reddit.

i just download iso from Microsoft and installed everything working fine and snappy
