My 3 in 1 printer give up the ghost last week so can i safely delete these items below before i install my new 3 in 1 printer?

I would not delete these - they are pseudo printers.

Microsoft print to pdf is very handy.

Yes, you can delete them. They will be recreated from time to time anyway.
