Solved Can I do this?

You know since I'm totally new to this memory stuff, and going into the BIOS and doing things in there, I don't think it's cut out for me. I've been watching my memory usage through task manager. I turned off SysMain in my servies. Since I've played a game twice, loaded and unloaded programs, I can't see any differences. Out of 32GB of memory, I've only used 7.5 GB of memory for windows and have stayed around 23 GB that is available. Yea, I know 64GB is much more, but I've decided to close this comment. I thank everyone who has helped out.
Happy 4th of July.

Perfectly OK to back out, I believe.
If you ran high end processes like graphics/video/CAD editing, 64GB or more is great. Otherwise, at least you learned a few things.

Safe travels 🙏

As I mentioned earlier, it really depends on what you're using your PC for. The requirement for running more than 32GB of system RAM for gaming is extremely rare if not existent. Doubtless this might change in the future but the focus on memory for gaming should be more toward your GPU with your current platform. Nonetheless I'd hold onto that older memory for in the event that it is needed elsewhere. I'd also look into checking the specs on it to see if it is B die RAM. If per chance it uses Samsung B die it will be worth keeping or selling to someone who understands the value of this sort of RAM.

Gave Dell touch screen with Windows 11 to daughter and got me an OTVOC. Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. Nope not Samsung B die that's for sure. I did order the RTX 3050 for my gaming, as I'm thinking about going back to WOW (World Of Warship). I found away to make my system more air friendly. I've decided not to use any HHD, as all my drives inside my Mobo are M.2. If I need storage, got tons of it on my desktop as external hard drives.

How can I find out what the voltage is of both? I'm hoping you say before I put them in the machine and letting it rip. My next question is 2666MHz isn't bad is it?
It actually should be stated on the module themselves. Along with the speed and timings.

The part numbers you list don't seem to be complete enough for w Web search to find the specs.

I haven't used mismatched RAM in years. I had to set the RAM frequency and timings manually to match the slower RAM.

Are you using an XMP, or running the RAM at the default for the motherboard (which won't be 2666 or 3200).

Did you get better advice in the Corsair forums?

Hi folks, I have built many Gaming, Business and Office productivity PCs for over 25yrs. In my experiences I found out that most PC systems run best with matched RAM sets 2 Stick and 4 Stick Sets. Mixed RAM will run at the lowest speed RAM you have installed. Just food for thought. Cheers from Edmonton Alberta Canada. Eh?

High End Old school system I picked up this year for $200.00 CA. It plays most average games without overclocking. Also some AAA Titles with the System optimized. Most time I run the GPU undervolted and reduced clock speeds and the Cpu at a reduced speed to keep gaming temps down. My average FPS are Between 60 and 85. Temps CPU 35 and GPU 40. Normal gaming settings CPU is Around 45 degrees C and the GPU is around 50 degrees C. FPS up to 85. V-sync turned Off. Games played are American Truck Simulator Plague Innocence and Plague Requiem Horizon Zero Dawn Balders Gate 3 DreamFall Chapters Final Cut. No gaming issues.
