Can i make a bootable win11 iso don't have these enabled?

One way is to create the usb with rufus, then create an iso from the usb stick contents.

can be done with anyburn free edition. Pretty sure I posted how to do it with screnshots a while ago.
Please read my previews post.

Based on this thread, you won’t know how to use nt lite. Yes, it can do what you want but I’m not explaining that many steps. Your best bet is to create a usb via Rufus and then use imgburn to create an iso from that usb and then use imgburn again to burn that iso to dvd.

So i try the other method that rufus say work to any pc.

I couldn’t have said it any clearer. Reread what I said. You’re just arguing with everyone for the sake of arguing.

No i don't say that.

Do you read this: "Quess what.. this method not even finish at the half bring an error at the same hdd with the same iso so.... "
I don't believe you do cause if you do you don't tell me what you did at your last post.

At my try with "bios(uefi-csm)" method i didn't put the "use rufus mbr...." and at the middle of procedure is terminated so i can't test it at my old test-pc to check if it work.
And i use an old mechanic hdd western digital 80gb for the test usb-hdd.
And fot mine test i must check the "list of usb hard disk" cause my hdd gonna be the resolion of rufus us usb-hdd.
I try the option you suggest and see if it work.

I do not understand why you are asking as it has nothing to do with the questions in the thread about installing 11 on incompatible hardware and bypassing requirements during installation. I think maybe you PMed the wrong person.

But to answer your question, My system drive is a nvme drive that connects to a nvme port on my system.

I go and buy 1 usb flash disk.

I make it with rufus with notpm, nosecurityboot, nointernet from the iso file(6.46gb) i have.

But now i want to create a bootable iso file from the usb-disk created from rufus 4.5 and i can't with the free version of anyburn or imgburn cause it doesn't see the usb flash disk at all even my system does. It does see only me dvd-rom drive Not the usb-flash disk.

Any other suggestions for programs to create a bootable iso file from usb disk created by rufus 4.5?

I try the poweriso program and do an image from the usb-flash disk created by rufus 4.5 but at the start it bring an error if i ignore it and continue finish the procedure but the result img file is bigger than 6.46gb, it is the full capacity of flash disk drive(32gb) was the original before the rufus editing win11 iso file. Why is that happening?
And the result img file is not bootable.

Would you be okay with installing the Windows ADK? If so, I can give you step-by-step directions. The Windows ADK includes a utility called OSCDIMG which will allow you to create an ISO image from your bootable USB stick.

Let me know - if you are okay with installing the ADK, I'll whip up some instructions for you.

Better tell me a program that can do that.
From usb-disk to a bootable iso file.

Hopefully someone else can provide a step-by-step solution. I use OSCDIMG which requires only a single command so I'm not familiar with other programs for doing this.

At least with the OSCDIMG utility I can guarantee that it works.
