Can user make deeper All Apps menu items?

This has been a pet peeve of mine with Windows 10 for years. However, is it possible to make Windows 11 All Apps menu deeper so that I can neatly group apps into categories? If so, how would I go about doing it?

Not sure this is what you're seeking, but ...

If you open either of your Programs folders (in ProgramData or in Users), you can create folders that will show up in All apps if they have contents, and you can put folders and shortcuts in those folders. Your newly created folders won't show up in All apps until you populate them, though.

I have one folder that contains a folder that contains a folder in my All apps list, and it works.
