Am running Windows 11 Home, 24H2.
Intermittently, when I do a power on boot to Win11, Win11 pops up a window that says it "Cannot add icon to taskbar". The popup lists "ATNotes" in small print.
The error is referring to is the icons in the system tray (notifications area) on the right side, not the icons in the middle of the taskbar. When the problem happens, only a few icons are displayed in the system tray, including the hidden icons. IOW, Win11 does not load several icons in the system tray, not only the icon for ATNotes.
So I do a shutdown and another power on boot and Win11 works normally and loads all of the icons in the system tray, which includes displayed and hidden icons.
The problem occurs once in about 7-10 power on boots. It NEVER happened in Win10 with all of the same icons.
