Cannot Log In to Certain Sites On Only One PC in House

Cannot log in on either of the 2 sites below on only one computer in the house.
I can log in on my other pc and phone no problem.
Is there something that these 2 sites have that are similar and won't let me log in.
This is a new hp desktop pc win 11 and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a java problem.
I can't figure this problem out.
I don't think it is windows defender, antivirus is fiber and the other hp and phone there is no problem.

Do you mean you can't reach these two websites?

What browser(s) are you using?
Do you get any error messages?
And as above, is it a matter of reaching the sites in the first place, or specifically not being able to sign in to a user account at the sites, or thirdly not getting the sign-in page to load?
Java and JavaScript are not the same thing btw, neither site requires Java.
Never heard of Fiber antivirus, is it a package provided by your ISP/fiber provider? Unless I'm totally misunderstanding.

If it's happening on only one device in your network, first clear your browser cache and restart browser.
If it's still happening try these suggestions, testing after each one.

Flush DNS Flush DNS Resolver Cache in Windows 11

Reset network components using attached @FreeBooter batch file. Unzip and run batch file as administrator. Then restart.

Make sure the sites are not being blocked in your firewall or hosts file.
