Cannot open 'Collections'

When I click the Collections button

Try
  1. Closing your Edge browser.
  2. Open the file path C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Collections
  3. Rename collectionsSQLite and collectionsSQLite-journal
  4. Open Edge browser and see if your collection has returned.

This worked for me when I had a similar issue

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Edge?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Edge?
I reinstalled Edge and I even installed Edge Canary, it seems like some software blocked it.
The Collections works well in the 'Right-click menu'

Just a thought,

have you tried uninstalling programs which have been installed recently which may be conflicting?
A roll back maybe or worst case a clean install.

Have you tried a scan of your system SFC /Scannow followed by DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

I not sure which software, Cuz I use Collections on my phone first, and When I wanna open it on desktop browser, it shows.
