Can't access Microsoft 365 admin center.

I have a Microsoft 365 subscription and want to add a domain to my account to use outlook for the domain.

Anytime i try to log into the 365 admin center i get this error "Switch to an account that has permission"

I sign out then try to sign in using my MS account that is paying for 365 and it will say "myusername" isn't in our system. Make sure you typed it correctly. It's the same account that is paying for 365.

Any advice?

Just to confirm. Specifically which subscription is it. Is it Microsoft 365 Business?

On second look it is only Microsoft 365 Basic, is that the issue?

You can add a custom domain in Microsoft 365 Basic. Re logging into the Admin Center. During the initial setup did it ask you about how you want to log in?

No it didn't ask. I sign in with the primary alias e-mail same one the 365 is tied to.

This is what i get when i try to log into 365 admin.

How can my e-mail not be in the system when i have a subscription. I can log in anywhere with it but the admin page.

Maybe so but i feel like i will just get the run around or automated reply.

I also use the login they can't find on my PC and it works fine for 365.
