Hi,

On reboot I can'togin, it won't accept my previous PIN and I don't recall the new password that is saved in the PC.

How do I get in?

I changed the password from my phone but the PC doesn't accept it 😞

I can't reinstall windows as would lose all my patients data and 10 K pages of Research...

Any ideas to go into the PC??

I tried different PINs that I could recall and one worked. Thanks all. Now shall keep both PIN and PW on a pen drive.

I'm glad to hear you managed to get logged in. I do hope that your making backups and using multiple drives. That's a lot of very important data you have and I wouldn't want to hear that you lost any of it.
