Now I'm starting to really despair. Remember how I said that I couldn't get into the Credentials Manager? No one has given any solutions to that problem. I don't know how I can resolve that. Maybe I can't. And just recently, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Intel Graphics Center, because it wouldn't load. It would get stuck on the loading screen and never do anything else. And so I uninstalled it using the basic Windows uninstaller. And when I tried to reinstall it, it failed. It failed the exact same way my efforts to reinstall the Microsoft Store are failing. The exact same way. And there are just no new solutions. It's just the same solutions that don't work, over and over.

And not only that. Microsoft won't let me download their ISO to install. They just won't let me do it. So instead of that I had to download it in pieces from some website I had never heard of. It downloads all these pieces and them assembles them. I feel like if I had an actual ISO from Microsoft, things would have worked better. But instead this other thing is the only thing I have.

UUP Dump, that was the place. It was the only way I could get an install disk. And I felt like some stuff never quite worked right. And I did the in-place upgrade, and now I'm here. And I'm wondering if the repair install with the installer I got from UUP Dump is really going to be any better. Weird stuff is happening. After the in-place upgrade, Actual Window Manager no longer does anything to Windows Explorer. Is that just how it's gonna be unless I do a complete fresh install of the OS? Am I going to have to start from scratch and install my programs one by one in order to fix this If I choose the kind of install where it keeps my programs, will I just carry over all the problems? What stuff just plain won't work or will break within days because I had to use UUP Dump instead of the official Windows ISO?

This entry in your first post bugs me;
Code:
Add-AppPackage -Path "G:\G Folder\Downloads\Windows 11 Store.msixbund
followed by:
Code:
WriteError: (G:\G Folder\Dow...tore.msixbundle:String) [Add-AppxPackage], IOException

Do you actually have a G: drive with the correct permissions?
And why would an attempt at a MS Store installation take place on your G: drive?
Could you please post what command(s) and from where you ran them?
Also did you try to change regions by any chance? (this could cause the winget to spin for ever if set to a mismatched region)
The G drive is what I use for a lot of the storage. It's a terrabyte, where my C drive is just 256 GB. As for posting the commands, I have already done this. I've shown what commands I'm running.

I can't reinstall Windows. When I try, it gets stuck trying to download updates. Gets stuck at 46%. A lot of people have this problem. There are a few hundred threads where no one has a solution. I can't fix my problems. The operating system won't let me. I can't fix a single additional thing.

Just to confirm, did you select Not right now for "Get updates, drivers, and optional features" at step 10 option 2 when trying to do the repair install?

You can do it with a Windows 11 ISO. Download the ISO, mount it and run Setup.exe. It will install a new copy of Windows without deleting your data or apps

What do you mean 'refuses'? You can download an official ISO without being signed into a MS account, it's just a download from a web page
