Chinese App got installed and now can't get rid of it.

When I set up my windows 11 Pro computer (new Geekom XT Series Mini PC) I selected the option to copy the information from my old Windows 10 Home computer.
When I go to start > all, I can see all programs including the ones that were on my windows 10 Home machine. The programs and apps that are not part of the actual windows 11 Pro show with a down arrow and if it is something that I want on this new computer I can select to install it. I just tried doing that with the Foxit PDF reader that I had been using on the old pc but instead it appears that the Chinese version was installed which is not what I had on the windows 10 computer and most definitely did not want installed on this computer.

I have tried going to control panes > programs and features - then selecting it to remove it, but it gives me a screen in Chinese to do the uninstall. I tried going to apps > installed apps - then selecting it to uninstall it, with the same issue. If I go to where it is located which is c>program files (x86)\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Reader I can find an uninstaller to click on but it just comes up in Chinese as well to complete the steps.

I also tried Revo Uninstaller with the same results.

Can someone please help me to get rid of this unwanted program on my computer?

This is the first screen i get when I click to uninstall it.
I have no idea what to click on and whichever screen I click on just brings to me a bunch of other screens with options in chinese as well.

My Computer is running Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.5335)

If that doesn't work, install the English language version on top and then uninstall that.

I started revo uninstaller and selected to uninstall it. After if created a backup I got this screen which I clicked on the white pill thing

I then got the usual screen about leftover registry items. I clicked on all the bold ones and let it finish. Thank you So Very Much. Going to restart the computer now.

No problem. Always choose the remove leftovers when you’re using REVO.

That window appeared because when Revo uninstalls something, it can call on the softwares uninstall process. There is a option somewhere in Revo to try prevent this.

When you click the download button for Foxit Reader, you should be presented with a Pop-Up on the page so you can select the OS and Language that you want to download.

Thank You So Very Very Much! I spent half the day trying to figure out how to translate that darn pop up screen when I went to uninstall it and could not find any way to do that.

It is now gone and from now on, anything that is listed in start > all that has the drop down arrow to install it on this computer will not be installed that way, but instead I will just go to the page for the program and do the install that way instead.

Is there an option in the app download software you use to “Always” select an English version? I would say that the program downloads the default installer, which in this case seems to be the Chinese version of Foxit Reader?
