I have not looked at his winutil for soon two years now, so i have a feeling there is a lot of new fun stuff in it.

i have found Chris Titus WinUtl works very well after a clean install of Windows
along with WinAero tweak utility. but then again i happen to rip a clean install of Windows to pieces and down to its most basics
if it can be removed i will remove it and then install my own set of limited programs.

but thats just me
