clearing cache , cookies

Hi
if i want to clear the cache , cookies form browsing history , what is the best way if i don't want to loose all saved passwords , have emails cleard etc.
i did this once and lost everything, but i just need to clear history, so what's safe when looking at setting privacy select what to delete check box .

easy: just don't delete the cookies
with help: use a cleaning program to clear the cache etc that allows you to pick and chose what cookies you keep and delete. I use PriavaZer.

Go to top right corner of the Edge browser and look for the 3 dots. Click that and then go to "Settings".

Ctrl + Shft + Delete, make your selections, + enter. Works on any browser.

You can also customize your toolbar in most Chromium variants except Edge by adding the trash can icon, which will make it a 2-click process.

Alternatively, you can use TOR, it installs to desktop, browse, remove afterwards. I use it for the stuff all the time.
There is no reason to use just 1 browser, I use 5 browsers, each for something different, so it is easy to maintain.
