MSY don’t have much, and the Noctua, which is the brand I bought, is around $280 on their site, they only have one type by the looks

Many times, the layer of thermal compound that comes with a cooler isn't sufficient.
That Wraith cooler isn't that good, either.

Unless you live in h*ll, you should never see 60C at idle. :-)
