Solved Constant usb device not connected error, PC beeps at me over and over for hours

Looking at device manager I see this error

What to do?

The only usb device plugged into the mainboard, is the wireless mouse and keyboard combo with a single usb dongle thing. And they seem to work fine.
Unplug that, PC makes its disconnect noise, screen refreshes, error descriptor still there.

I just tried uninstallig all root hub usb devices. Got most removed, then mouse quit working. Forced restart, win 11 finding devices. On entering windows back to the noises, and this message

What seems to be not working correctly is the actual usb hardware on the mainboard?

I just tried uninstalling device, it just finds it again and reinstalls it.
Disabling device, it still just beeps at me

Solved, I unplugged the front usb panel cable from the mother board.
Error went away.

Those usb ports were working but something happened to them.

Did you inspect the USB port for any damaged contacts or debris?

Just looked inside both on the front panel and they look ok.
The case is an old Emachines case
There is a sticker on front port that says Hi Speed USB

Did the wiring change?

The board is just a usb 2.0 board
It has 3 internal header pin sets of 2 rows for usb.
Somehow, it just did not like the cable
But when I had my dongle plugged into either front port, it worked
It is one dongle for wireless keyboard and mouse.

Somehow Windows knew, that cable was plugged into the board.
