    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Delays are a result of having MS come up with a version of Copilot that conforms with EU data privacy laws. The legal penalties will be vast if MS fails to do this right. MS wants to make mad cash on Copilot revenues, but Brussels knows MS is a cash cow.

Working for me on Canary build on W11 pro for workstations and W11 Enterprise -- - Installed ENG-GB base, Not sure about "Bog standard W11 Pro" though.

I just do clean Windows 11 23H2 Install (ISO from Microsoft site). I choose USA (World) at installation instead Europe and i have Copilot in taskbar too.

You could of just used Copilot online via a browser, surely it isn’t blocked. I can connect to it via any browser I have, even Safari.
