Solved Corrupted files?!

Honestly, the only way to be 100% safe is to perform a format and fresh install of Windows. . . That's the only 100% way for it to surely be fixed. I don't mess with all the SFC Scans, etc. Fresh install takes less time, and it's a 100% guarantee fix.
Groannnn. There is no need to nuke from on high as first option. A repair upgrade normally fixes issure and well worth trying first.

Clean installs should be the last option when all else fails.

In order to get to the repair options, there are several ways.
The easiest (to me) is to press the SHIFT key (and keep it pressed) while you choose a restart.
The above is to try to fix things.
In your case:
Just go to system/Recovery/Reset this PC and choose what to keep.

Yeah I was resetting the pc using that and it got to around 50% before it took my back repair options and did nothing else I did try resetting to from my pc a few times before I realise that my pc wouldn’t do it unless I fully formatted my ssd and used a usb

So what I’m going to do is use the usb to reinstall windows and download minimal programs and figure out more if it is my ram or my ssd or the os im
Still very confused but having all my programs downloaded and trying solutions just makes me re-download them so I’m going into this with minimal set up until my issue is resolved thank you everyone who is trying to help I really appreciate it I’ll keep on updating here

Just to clarify, If I'm reading things correctly, the problem persisted after you replaced the SSD with a new one?

I’m thinking either my ram is the problem or the windows updates bc downloading problems isn’t the issue it’s over time they stop working which is why I’m so confused

Groannnn. There is no need to nuke from on high as first option. A repair upgrade normally fixes issure and well worth trying first.

Clean installs should be the last option when all else fails.
I just don't mess with repair upgrades, etc. . . I take no chances. I just nuke and start fresh. That way I know nothing is corrupted.
