Solved Corrupted files?!

As it's happend on the original drive and it's replacement, to me it's looking more like a Hardware issue, have a look in event viewer may give some obvious clues as to where to look.

Rn I’ve ran a disk/online/cleanup image /restore health
And that went to 100% and was completed
Then after I ran a Sfc and it said it found corruption and but couldn’t fix them
Then I ran a clean up image checkhealth
And it said no component store corruption detected
I’m confused to if there is corruption and if Sfc is even reliable??!
Likely one of the symptoms of SSD failure. If the SSD was replaced, then the RAM is suspect.

Corrupted files are mostly caused by memory failure, or to a lesser degree, drive failure.
If you're doing a memory test, don't rely on Windows Memory Diagnostic.

I was recently having file corruption issues on another computer, and Windows Memory Diagnostic didn't detect any errors.
PassMark MemTest86 found errors and I replaced the RAM modules and all is good.

Which links had you used when you reset / refreshed / or clean installed Windows 11?

Had you backed up files manually to another disk drive and then restored them or were there no important files to backup?

Please run the V2 log collector and this bat script.

Post share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

And with minimal errors on event viewer being
(The server did not register with dcom within the required time out)

Now another error while downloading my gpu drivers first of all everything was fine I installed GeForce experience and installed the latest drivers everything was okay so I decided to restart my pc to check changes and event file and a lot of errors indicated that I had a faulty application dwm.exe
I’m going to try and manually reinstall my drivers from the website instead of going through experience

Does the problem happen before or after you update your drivers? If it's after you update drivers, try updating one driver at a time. Followed by a restart. It may be a problem with one of the driver updates.

Nvidia Drivers is a one step installer.

Last thing I would install is Nvidia Experience which cause problems in some setups, it's not needed, just get the latest drivers from Nvidia, do not select Nvidia Experience and do the Custom install and select clean installation, it removes the old drivers and settings.

Does the problem happen before or after you update your drivers? If it's after you update drivers, try updating one driver at a time. Followed by a restart. It may be a problem with one of the driver updates.
The problems kick in after but not straight away it’s after I come off my computer a couple of times that it gets progressive worse like rn it won’t let me open my settings and it’s making me restart and scanning my disk rn
But it’s not saying anything is corrupted

Nvidia Drivers is a one step installer.

Last thing I would install is Nvidia Experience which cause problems in some setups, it's not needed, just get the latest drivers from Nvidia, do not select Nvidia Experience and do the Custom install and select clean installation, it removes the old drivers and settings.
Yeah I’ll give that ago if it’s an issue again still not sure why over time it slowly dies on me I am starting to wonder if it is the ram after all

Check the event log! Windows loves to sneak error messages in the event log, instead of giving an error box or balloon.

Yeah now it seems like when I install my gpu drivers they are either corrupted or don’t seem to be installed 🤣 can’t even catch a break on Christmas Day
DDU=FTW. I recommend DDU'ing to avoid problems like that. Especially Nvidia, with the "Nvidia control panel access denied" bug.

You need to also block Windows Update from installing video drivers.
