Crash during SLEEP

Windows 11
During the last 3 months I have been struggeling with random crashes after the computer goes to sleep.
I have a custom built desktop computer running Windows 11 with gtx 2080 TI. I have turned off all overclocking.

When checking windows event log I see the reason for the crash was "0xA0: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR".
The crashes does not occur every time after sleep, but there may be every 2nd day on average. I have a fresh install of WIndows 11 and updated all drivers and latest BIOS firmware.
I have tried to debug the problem myself and thought the problem was with the nvidia high definition audio driver. Disabled the driver and ran stable for 3-4 days, but suddenly the crashes has started occuring again even though the driver still was disabled.

Can anyone help me debug the problem?

Have attached the V2 log: DESKTOP-(2022-04-02_18-21-29).zip

Could you please provide the kernel memory dump which should be available in the following directory:

Rich (BB code):
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

It will be too large to attach to a forum post, so will need to zip up the file and then post it to a file sharing site such as Dropbox.

1) The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.
Please modify the default language to English and then post a new V2.

2) Run: (Currently these may require a Ten Forums logon)

a) https://www.tenforums.com/attachmen...-files-use-bsod-debugging-tuneup_plus_log.bat

b) Gather_additional_dump_files.bat ─ Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

c) Administrative Powershell: $D=(New-Object -ComObject Wscript.Shell).SpecialFolders(4);Compress-Archive "$Env:SystemRoot\MEMORY.DMP" "$D\Memory_dmp"

3) When posting share links for memory dumps please make sure that they are zipped

4) There is another recent thread with problems related to a Sema software driver.
As a trial and error step uninstall this software and see if it impacts the computer stability / instability.

This bugcheck is difficult to debug, however, I did notice there was two devices which haven't transitioned to sleep. These being your mouse driver and a Nvidia emulation driver. I know that the Nvidia emulation software (Nvidia Shield?) has caused power transition issues in the past with Windows 10 systems, so it may be worthwhile checking for any updates for it.

Otherwise, I would recommend checking for a suitable driver update for your Corsair mouse.

P.S. your language settings are fine, please do not change them if you aren't comfortable with doing so.

I manged to solve the problem. Though the exact reason is not yet entirely clear. I uninstalled the Corsair ICUE software which some reported could cause this problem, this did not help anything to the crashes. Then disabled the Nvidia Gamestram in nvidia experience settings (yes I have nvidia shield but don`t use the gamestream feature). I also removed my asus bluetooth 5.0 adapter which I really didn`t use anyway as well as removed the logitech mouse usb dongle (which I also don`t use since I run the mouse wired all the time). Voilà, runs stable for several days now.

Glad to read about the success.

In case there are any future problems during the next few weeks please post again in this thread.

Make sure that the V2 is using English as the default language so that the files can be scanned and read.

Consider making free backup images.

With the backup images you can perform trial and error steps and then restore the image.

Some free and pay software are: Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.

Just use an online translator...we've discussed this in the past. Many users aren't comfortable enough with English for their system language to be changed to that and you know this is the case from threads you've dealt with in the past. Please respect that and stop asking users to change their language settings.

@pinpoint I'm glad you've managed to resolve the issue. It seems that the mouse USB dongle itself was likely the problem then.
