5 Once you have created or opened a page, you can start editing the content directly. Any changes you make are saved automatically. (see screenshots below)

Formatting changes are made by highlighting text and selecting formatting changes from the toolbar. Pages support the following types of formatting:
  • Bold, italics, and underline to text
  • Bullets and ordered numbering
  • Multiple levels of headings
  • Tables
  • Links
  • Code snippets
In Pages, you can also ask Copilot for help writing or editing.
  1. Place your cursor or highlight the text you want to work on and select Ask in the toolbar.
  2. A Copilot chat window will open where you can ask Copilot questions about the text, as well as ask for help writing (or re-writing) it. This conversation with Copilot remains with your Page.
  3. Pages will bring up a panel showing any proposed revisions to the highlighted section. Select Apply Revision to accept the changes or Reject to discard them.
