Solved CTRL+A Behavior

Prior to Windows 11, CTRL+A simply selected all text on current window.
After Windows 11, CTRL+A sometimes triggers a lower right popup with WiFi info and Bluetooth info and speaker info.
How to prevent this Windows 11 behavior?

You may be pressing Win+A by mistake instead of Ctrl+A, and opening Quick Settings.

On my keyboard the Windows :win: key is right next to the Ctrl key.
