I changed the short date format to yyyy-mm-dd so I can use it in file names, and now the date does not show in the taskbar. When I change it back to mm/dd/yy it reappears. Is there any way to get past this?

I should mention that I use StartAllBack in order to get the taskbar on the right hand column of the right hand monitor ... I don't think that is the reason for the issue though.

I'm not sure what went wrong. I set my PC to YYY/MM/DD and it shows in the task bar.
I have no weird tweaks / UI changing-ware.
