Search has disappeared from MS Word?

Not sure if I'm going mad here, but the "search/find" option, top right on Microsoft word seems to have disappeared. I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 installed. I don't think it gets automatic updates and I'm not logged into Microsoft in word/office.

Hi Hazel,

I have Office PP 2021 installed on Windows 11 also. Are you talking about the Search field at the top of the Word window? I have it (see below):

So how did this change if I'm not logged into office and no updates? Has it been automatically changed by me being signed in with a Microsoft Account? If I use the search box at the top it also mentions something about AI ............
