I wanted to manually scan a folder that contains about 1k files. I right clicked it. Selected scan with Defender as usual. Defender then proceeded to scan a reported 201k files.
I then did the math and found that I don't even have that many files on my PC.
I thought maybe Defender was counting folders too, but the numbers still don't math properly.
What's your take?
