Win 11. Unable to delete a doc on my desktop. Its address is: e:\users\eddie\one drive\desktop\scanning\documents. Have tried everything so far.

1) everything... what does that entail? i assume cmd is in that reference.
2) use lockhunter, see if its being locked and you can kill any services locking it and then delete it

If you cannot delete it from inside Windows and assuming the disk is not corrupted, you can try outside Windows. Hold the SHIFT key and restart. Select Troubleshoot and then Command Prompt. Using the appropriate commands, navigate to your desktop folder and delete it from there.
