had this dell INSPRON desktop for about a year and half dell has a scanner this is results warning see photos but when i looked at explanation did not show anything 2 photos 5TH
one done shows hardware warning

I wouldn't consider a "Pass" a warning, seems like good news to me.

this is what i see

Warning does not mean much, it could be that you have not purchased an overpriced extended warranty, or uninstalled some of their "brilliant, must have bloatware, upsell products/services or whatever".
Or there are bugs in the hardware scanning App.

I would just ignore it. Try several months later, they may have fixed the bugs in an update.

Temporarily uninstall non-Microsoft
AV software
Firewall

For V2 make sure that extract all is clicked first.

Please post share links if not able to post oriented images.

Dear, you are going to have to learn how to take screenshots if you want me to understand what exactly it is you are referring to. Others might can, but I can not. Much of the time when you post picture made with your phone, relevant parts of a window are missing and the image is blurry.

HOW TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT
Using the Snipping Tool (Win + Shift + S)
This method allows you to capture a specific area of your screen and gives you the option to edit it.

1. • Press the Windows key + Shift + S simultaneously.
     
   • Your screen will darken, and a small toolbar will appear.
     
   • Click and drag your mouse to draw a rectangular area to capture.
     
   • The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard. You can then paste it into another application (like Paint) by pressing Ctrl + V.
     
   • A notification will appear in the bottom-right corner; clicking it opens the Snipping Tool for editing and saving.
     

To Save the Entire Screen (Win + PrtScn)
This shortcut captures your whole screen and saves it as a file, dimming the screen to confirm it was taken.

1. • Press the Windows key + Print Screen (PrtScn) key at the same time.
   • Your screen will dim briefly.
   • The screenshot is automatically saved to the Pictures > Screenshots folder.
