On the desktop of previous Dells, I was able to copy my five most frequently used icons, and paste tham at the right-hand edge of the desktop. So they were easier to find on a cluttered desktop.
I couldn't simply drag an icon from the left of the screen to the right. It would immediatly sprig back to its previous location.
So I had to COPY the icon, and then drag the copy to the right of the screen.
The previous method of pinning some icons on the right of the screen no longer works on my new laptop. Can anyone suggest a work-around ?
Thanks.
