Desktop PC with copilot plus

Does such a thing exist?
What would I be missing if I got an AI PC, with no mention in the specs of an NPU with 40+ TOPS?

The NPU does AI-related things, which takes the burden off the CPU and/or GPU. NPUs are also better at those functions than the other two.

I've already been to that page, hence my question. It seems like there are no desktop PCs with NPUs with 40+ TOPS, therefore there are no Desktop PC's with Co-Pilot Plus. (A Desktop PC is one without a keyboard, mouse, or screen..) For the past decade, I've been using a pocket sized computer (OQO or GPD) which are extremely small laptops, that can also be connected to external peripherals. They are not available as Co Pilot Plus. NUC style mini PCs would be suitable, but, like all desktop PCs, they do not mention NPUs with a TOP spec.

There appear to be some AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 mini PCs available now.

I know little about them. I'd hope that they'd avoid the current compatibility issues with ARM based devices.
