Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
How do I run this command in Windows 11 Terminal?

dir /s > List.txt

I'll explain better, I'm in Brazil and I need him to create a list with UTF-8 and Unicode characters
"Músicas" becomes "M£sicas"
"Catálogo" becomes "Cat├ílogo"

And so on...

It's not the CMD I want to use, it's the Terminal...

Terminal opens PowerShell and not all commands work in it like in Command Prompt.

Hard to do on my Desktop, Windows Terminal is not showing up, PowerShell is in its place on the right-click of the Start button. Windows Terminal will not open from anywhere such as Search, Run or the Apps list. Must have been a change in the update done on Patch Tuesday [hadn't had an occasion to use it since then].
