I cant believe the amount of Tutorials there really are. Been busy looking for the Disable Win Key. How the heck do you guys find time to live??????? Amazing.:geek:

Since this old thread was initiated, I have gone on a bit with windows. Win key disable, Johns, Does not work. And Brinks reply hits smart control which won't let me use it. Win disable came back on some weeks ago but I want if off again.

Some keyboards have switches on the back that can disable the Windows key, others may have that option in the driver itself.

I have a RedDragon keyboard, and disabled for a while, because of simulators, and games.. I ended up putting it back... but have some other keys blocked that are extras I don't need. It turned out blocking that key was not good for me. Just have to keep my retarded fingers from hitting the wrong keys.

That board has the game mode light?

If so you push the function key which is the key between the right side Windows Key and CTRL.
Then while holding down the function key push the Windows key and the game mode light will turn on.
Now the Windows key is disabled.
