Check Reliability History for entries,especially covering the freeze time.
To access the tool,start typing ---reliability ---in the Search box.
If there are any in the Critical Events line,then select that line and RIGHT click on the ---view tech details ---then click on the new box ---view tech details ---and this should give a Report Sent page and the first few lines will give the cause of the problem.
