See the DISM commands below run after this week's update. A reclaimable package is found and clean-up is recommended. When I run Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup then the command rapidly reaches 70% and terminates without cleaning up the store. Is this a bug?

Strange part is that Dism works for me, but i notice from 100 percent it went to 70 percent again and completed after see same happens to you.

Consider running the Restore Health first to see if that might help.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I have the same behaviour on mt desktop PC so this must be a bug. Also Disk Clean-up in admin mode does not remove the 190MB shown against Windows Update Clean-up. Typical MS software engineering.

Go to Start-Terminal run as Admin and enter: dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase. Let it finish and then restart--once restarted try disk cleanup again and you hopefully it does the trick

This is normal behavior because there's nothing to clean. Windows Components are updated on Cumulative update and left behind remnants.
Run the command again right after next cumulative update, run the second time you'll get this behavior.
