Solved DISM component cleanup - completes at 70%?

I ran DISM command: 1759767019553.webp
it stops just past 70%... seems its not completing totally ?

Normal behavior because there's nothing to clean.

There is also powershell command.

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -StartComponentCleanup

Run the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth command, if that doesn't find any problems, consider it done.

The vast unwashed masses don't even know about the DISM command and they run for years. Sometimes I think we pay too much attention to every little tweak.

Thanks. The main reason I'm here is to learn. Been around Windows for a long time, but never really dug into the inner workings till just past couple of years. I'm light-years behind in my knowledge, so always learning.
