Do you sleep naked or in your underwear? It is supposedly healthy. I also take cold showers and baths.

I can tell, that I feel amazing, not in a bad manner. I use Xiaomi watch, which can measure stress from 0 being the best to 100 being the worst, I usually rate around 35. When I sleep naked I get around 10, last time I got 3, I really felt great and relaxed. Some companies sell a heavy blanket to help with the sleep. You can take some melatonin or Magnesium Glycinate to help. Just wondering, what helps you?

I get up at 3am to go to work and going early to sleep does not really help, so maybe you have some tips? :-)

Normally I drink single malt scotch. But it's hot outside so I switch to Pina Coladas.

3-2-1 pineapple juice, rum, Coco coconut creme (liquid).
Or 3-3-1 for rough days. :cool:

Try just wearing socks, 100% cotton, feet are what helps the body to thermoregulate.
I wear socks in the winter, I sleep on the floor under the open window (-10C outside).
