If anyone, whether they’re young or old, plays games, I don’t judge them. If they don’t, on the other hand, I tell myself they probably just don’t have the time. If I really like a game, I’ll give it a go. To be honest, though, I have to say I only lasted about 60 minutes before uninstalling it. I suppose I don’t have the patience for it anymore. Perhaps it’s down to my age. And, above all, Windows 11 is a game on the highest difficulty setting that never ends.

Since someone has revived this thread, I will update. I now have a Windows 11 computer for work and most of my gaming, I also have a Windows 10 box for work and a Linux box for work. All three are linked with a KVM. Kind of an insane bit of stuff under my desk, but I make it work somehow.

I didn't count my two laptops. - Work only.

NO !!! can't be bothered -- not a gamer -- OK probably a minority of 1 here but the only games I play are a bit of old fashioned Spider Solitaire or Hearts when attending boring meetings !!!!.

e.g Hearts (old W7 / W2K3 / XP game) that was bundled with those releases of Windows. You can still get these from the Winaero site and they still work on 26H2 builds.Far better than the new junk from the Ms store !!!!.

Probably because what games are to you are very outdated concept.

Modern games can be very engaging like a movie. See last of us as a good example.

Lots of them have great stories, in addition to fun gameplay.

Its not just pong anymore ;)

I play games on my PC, but only during the winter months when it's cold, snowy and dark. In the summer months, on top of my normal day job, my son and I mow lawns around our neighborhood which takes up about 20 hours a week. In addition, we are both pretty avid cyclists, so I try to spend at least 3-5 hours a week on the bike.

During the winter though, a few of my friends, neighbors and my son's friends like to play online games together like call of duty and battlefield. Gives us something to do, and keeps me from going out and spending money doing something else.

Since I am a part time Twitch Streamer, I do use my PC primarily for gaming. I also use it for video editing, writing, spreadsheets, and general web stuff (YouTube, web browsing, etc.).
