Downloadable app to display and search my drives

Hi all. used to download a free app whose name i have forgotten that displays my drives on my laptop and maybe allows me to search them, but just displaying
is all I need.

Device Manager and Disk Management can do it also but if wanting a third-party program to show the one or two drives a Notebook/laptop can have try one of the commander programs such as FreeCommander, OneCommander, TotalCommander, etc. Most will have 2 panels useful for comparing and there is one with Q in the name that can show 4. I trust MajorGeeks for such a task.

A little vague but if you mean an alternative to file explorer, there are a number of them. Here are a few I can think of but if you do a web search for "file explorer alternative" you'll find a lot more.

Total Commander
XY Explorer
Files

For searching files- Everything

If your goal is just to see what is using up your disk space,you may be referring to Treesize Free or WinDirStat

Still haven't gotten my head around the "displays my drives on my laptop" part. The majority of laptops have room for only one drive but there are some that can have two.
