Win 11 Pro 25H2 O/S Build 22631.2861
On January 31st I purchased a 2 year subscription to DriverMax, and it has worked fine until today.
I tried to run it today because I had another issue and it refused to run.
I've tried several different ways to contact support but all of the 4 places I tried, they all just buffered.
Has this company gone defunct, have I been ripped off?

Considering downloading drivers is free and many manufacturers provide a semi-convenient way to keep them updated or you can get them through Windows update a tool like this isn't necessary. I've never used it but you it's likely analogous to paying someone to mow your lawn. Their site appears to be down so could be defunct

That site also says marriott.com is down, which it isn’t, and cloudflare is down, which almost never is and isn’t now.

According to www.isitdownrightnow.com the DriveMax site is down. There's nothing cool about it.
Let me give you my honest opinion about 3d party driver updaters, any of them...Don't use them.
Either use your motherboard/OEM updating app, manually get drivers from your motherboard/OEM site, or let Windows Update update your drivers

I understand it's your machine and your preference, but I will add my voice to those who say to not use any of the driver download applications.

I can state from personal experience using several of those applications that they can download the wrong driver and that driver can cause your system to go kablooie.

I always recommend that people download drivers directly from the manufacturer and save a copy in a folder on your system or USB drive for ease of access when you don't have an internet connection or the site is down.

It's much better to have the driver directly from the manufacturer than go through a third-party application.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it the reason you had to start another thread about logins. These apps are useless.

And once they're installed and squared away, back them up for easy restore after a clean install.

Sorry. I made that statement because I asked a specific question about DriverMax. I did not ask for opinions on it. As I'm sure you know, hardly anyone uses the same software as others do. Example: Post this question "what is the best virus scanner"? I'm positive you will get answers that have very little information about the question. Everyone is different, by the way, I'm well past 15 y/o. 👍😊
