Dual boot screen doesn't show.

If I boot in a dual boot system, 11 and 11 Dev, the boot screen option doesn't show and Windows boots the default OS.

Check msconfig and the timeout setting.

I had an issue where the boot list was not showing in msconfig and so no boot option. Ran these two commands in CMD admin. Note the second command should show your partition's drive letter. For me it was D.

bcdboot c:\windows

bcdboot d:\Windows

Just ran it again, though I have no issues.

If it was me, I would reformat the EFI System Partition, and then repopulate it with boot files using bcdboot commands. Your bcdedit command above shows only 1 OS in the bcd. It also has a timeout of 0, as well as displaybootmenu set to No. So I have no idea how you are possibly getting any dual boot menu from it.

A screenshot of disk management would help:

I managed to screw things up mightily whilst fiddling with the bcdedit if you will pardon the expression. Decided to clean install which was about 15 minutes of work. I have a second NVMe SSD in the PC but haven't decided to put Windows 10 or 11 Dev on it.
