Whilst trying to resolve a Keyboard problem I've noticed that I have three identical entries for the same Keyboard in Device Manager. Is that ok or should I delete two.

Yeah that's normal, one will be a generic driver, one will be the desired driver and the third could be for any magic features it has or for a previous keyboard..

Thanks for that. Only yesterday my keyboard wasn't responding and I had to resort to the on screen version. Today everything is back to normal. It's a Surface Laptop 5 and I've had similar glitches before that come and go, although overall I like it.
