Edge scroll bars are gone, cant scroll page anymore

How to fix it

I can use touch screen, but it is not right

A really thin scroll bar sometimes momentarily appears when mouse moves to extreme right of screen, and then it vanishes

it just happened today, I changed no settings. Chrome works and has nice wide scroll bars

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Well I did nothing, I switched to a development version of edge. I just now checked the other edge and it is working fine now.
